# VotX

VotX is the community decision layer inside the INOX Platform.

It is designed to make proposals, voting options, participation totals, and final percentages visible in one place.

## How VotX works

1. An eligible proposal is published with clear options and timing.
2. Members review the proposal and cast a vote.
3. Each eligible account can vote once per round unless the proposal states otherwise.
4. Results are calculated from recorded ballots.
5. Quorum and proposal rules determine whether a result is valid.

## Discussion

Proposals may include community comments. Moderation exists to keep discussion relevant, safe, and readable. Visible comments do not represent official INOX statements unless they are clearly identified as such.

## Scope

VotX supports structured community input. It does not automatically give every vote legal, corporate, or on-chain execution authority. The scope and effect of each proposal must be stated on its page.
